The College of Agriculture Discusses a Master’s Thesis on the Estimation of Mineral and Vitamin Losses and the Changes in Antioxidants During the Processing of Hot and Cold Coffee

At the Department of Food Science, College of Agriculture – Tikrit University, a Master’s thesis was defended by the student Yaseen Fawzi Hamdan, entitled:

“Estimation of Mineral and Vitamin Losses and Changes in Antioxidants During the Processing of Hot and Cold Coffee.”
