Department of Agricultural Machinery
Establishment:
The Department of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment was established in the academic year 2018–2019, in response to the labor market’s need for specialized graduates combining scientific knowledge with practical skills in the field of agricultural machinery engineering.
Objectives:
The department aims to prepare agricultural engineers specialized in agricultural machinery, capable of self-learning and qualified to compete in the labor market by:

Providing theoretical and practical training on the operation of agricultural machinery and equipment in plant production, animal production, and food industries.

Equipping students with skills in operating, maintaining, and repairing all types of agricultural machinery and equipment.

Training students in the management and optimal utilization of agricultural machinery.

Developing practical skills in service operations such as welding, filing, and turning, while promoting respect for manual work in the field, workshop, and laboratory.
Scientific and Practical Facilities:

An integrated engineering workshop for training students on the fundamentals of engineering workshops and their practical applications.

A laboratory for agricultural mechanization equipped with various types of agricultural machinery and equipment, in addition to modern teaching aids such as longitudinal sections of machines and engines, covering all specializations.
