The Agricultural Consulting Office seeks to provide scientific expertise and employ knowledge in serving the community, particularly those working in the agricultural sector in both its plant and animal branches, with the aim of advancing this vital field. The office relies on the services of specialists, scientific experts, and specialized committees composed of faculty members of the College of Agriculture, who hold advanced academic titles, in order to deliver reliable and academically grounded consultations in the fields of animal production, soil and water resources, field crops, horticulture, food industries, plant protection, and agricultural economics.
The ultimate goal is to promote the agricultural reality across Salahaddin Governorate, which represents a cornerstone in supporting food security and, in turn, contributes to raising the level of the national agricultural economy. This is directed toward the fundamental objective of improving the efficiency of local production, facilitating marketing processes, and ensuring the scientific management of resources.
Furthermore, the Agricultural Consulting Office is fully prepared to provide feasibility studies for agricultural projects, accredited laboratory tests, and supervision of agricultural investment projects across all fields.

Contracting with agricultural companies and projects in both public and private sectors to supervise the implementation of agricultural production operations and provide scientific consultations for agricultural production, particularly in the field of protected agriculture (greenhouses).

Organizing scientific and training courses to enhance capabilities and skills across all agricultural specializations.

Contracting to implement all agricultural operations, including pest control campaigns for orchards and agricultural fields, as well as the installation of sprinkler and drip irrigation systems.

Contracting to implement afforestation campaigns, landscape engineering, and the production of vegetable and ornamental seedlings.

Conducting scientific research aimed at developing methods of agricultural production.
