Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Evaluation Unit
Division of Quality Assurance and University Performance
The Division of Quality Assurance and University Performance is considered one of the most important divisions of the College, as it documents the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of the College and oversees their periodic updates. In addition, the division evaluates the needs of the College’s various activities and works to develop and qualify human resources through training and retraining programs, while also maximizing the utilization of available material resources.

Promoting the concept and culture of quality within the College.

Developing a plan to improve the quality of performance at the College.

Monitoring the College’s performance in terms of its academic programs to ensure the achievement of declared objectives.

Completing annual performance evaluation files for academic leaders, faculty members, and staff.

Following up and documenting the descriptions of academic programs and courses.

Monitoring and implementing the application of quality standards in the College to obtain accreditation.

Following up and documenting the activities of academic departments, divisions, and administrative units within the College.

Preparing the annual report and the self-study of the College.

Providing support and assistance to quality assurance units in the academic departments.

Building and updating a comprehensive database for the College’s faculty members.

Maintaining electronic archiving of all quality-related work in the College.
Training and Technical Support Unit
The Training and Technical Support Unit is an organizational entity within the College or institution, responsible for developing the skills and competencies of employees or beneficiaries of the institution’s services. It also provides the necessary technical assistance to enable them to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
Performance Evaluation Unit
The Performance Evaluation Unit is an organizational entity responsible for measuring, analyzing, and assessing the performance of individuals, teams, or organizational units within the institution. Its primary goal is to provide accurate and objective information about performance levels in order to support informed administrative decision-making and to improve overall institutional performance.
University Performance Unit
The University Performance Unit is an organizational entity within the administrative structure of the University. It is usually affiliated with the Division of Quality Assurance and University Performance, or with the Department of Supervision and Scientific Evaluation at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Laboratory Accreditation Unit
The Laboratory Accreditation Unit is an organizational entity or independent body responsible for assessing the competence and quality of laboratories (medical, testing, calibration, or those used by departments of the College of Agriculture). It grants official accreditation certificates that confirm compliance with nationally or internationally recognized standards.
Program Accreditation Unit
The Program Accreditation Unit is a specialized organizational entity within a higher education institution (university or college) or an external accreditation body. It is responsible for managing the processes of program accreditation for the academic programs offered by the institution.
