The College of Agriculture holds an introductory course on the SIS system and the HEPIQ application for first-year students.

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, President of Tikrit University, supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Sami Khudair Saeed, Dean of the College of Agriculture, and followed up by Assistant Professor Dr. Sayyaf Abdul Hussein, Director of the Continuing Education Center, the College of Agriculture, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center, organized an introductory course entitled “SIS System and Registration through the HEPIQ Application for First-Year Students.”

The course aimed to familiarize first-year students with the mechanisms for using the Student Information System (SIS) and the HEPIQ application, explaining the correct registration steps and how to benefit from the electronic services provided by the university. This contributes to facilitating academic procedures and enhancing digital transformation in the educational process.

The lectures were delivered by a select group of the college’s instructors, including Lecturer Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Fattah, Assistant Lecturer Ali Mohammed Saeed Abdulhadi, Assistant Lecturer Uday Naji Sami, Assistant Lecturer Omar Kazem Alawi, and Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Muath Ahmed. They provided comprehensive explanations supported by practical demonstrations and addressed students’ inquiries.

This course is part of a series of scientific and awareness activities organized by the College of Agriculture, reflecting the Deanship’s commitment to equipping students with technical and academic skills and supporting them in achieving academic success and excellence.
