As part of its efforts to enhance the academic environment and ensure the quality of institutional performance, the National Accreditation Review Team visited the College of Agriculture to conduct an on-site review of its scientific and service facilities and to assess the level of infrastructure, as well as its academic and research activities.
The team was received by the Dean of the College of Agriculture, Assistant Professor Dr. Sami Khudair Saeed, along with the administrative and scientific assistants, heads of academic departments, and a number of faculty members. They provided a comprehensive overview of the nature of work at the college, the educational programs offered, and the development plans adopted to advance the academic and research standards.
The visit included a field tour of several college facilities, during which the President of the University, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, accompanied the committee members on an inspection tour of the greenhouses, poultry breeding fields, and fish farming ponds. The team reviewed the work mechanisms and applied experiments that contribute to linking theoretical knowledge with practical application, in support of the educational process and scientific research.
